No subscriptions, no setup costs and no charge for free events. When you sell paid tickets, a small service fee is added at checkout and you keep the full ticket price.

Where are my tickets after I buy?
Your tickets are emailed to you right after checkout, along with a link to view them online. Lost the email? Use Find my tickets and we will send your ticket links again.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show the QR code on your phone at the door. If you prefer paper, you can print your tickets from your ticket page.
How much does Turnout cost for organizers?
Creating events is free and free events stay free. For paid tickets, a 3% + 49¢ service fee per ticket is added at checkout. There are no monthly or setup fees.
Can I check guests in without an app?
Yes. Open the check-in page for your event on any phone or tablet and scan tickets with the camera. You can also search the guest list or type a ticket code.
Can I offer discounts?
Create promo codes for a percentage or a fixed amount off, with optional usage limits and expiry dates, and track how often each one is used.
Is paying on Turnout secure?
Card payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout page. Turnout never sees or stores card numbers.
