Paid tickets are checked out on Stripe, which accepts all major cards and digital wallets. Free tickets are reserved instantly with just a name and email.
Yes. Find the order in your dashboard and choose Cancel and refund. Paid orders are refunded to the original payment method and the tickets stop working straight away.
Any phone, tablet or laptop with a camera and a browser. Open the check-in page for your event and scan. If the camera is unavailable, type the code or search the guest list instead.
Yes. You can change the details, add ticket types, raise or lower limits and pause sales at any time. Ticket types that have already sold can be hidden instead of deleted.
Yes. Create as many events as you like. Each one has its own page, ticket types, promo codes, attendee list and check-in screen.
