What we collect

When you buy or reserve a ticket we collect your name, email address, the tickets you chose and the order total. When you create an organizer account we also collect your organization details and a securely hashed password.

Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers. We only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded.

How we use it

We use your details to issue and deliver your tickets, let organizers check you in at their event, answer support requests and keep the platform secure.

The organizer of an event you buy tickets for can see your name, email and ticket details so they can run their event and contact you about it.

Emails

We send transactional emails such as ticket confirmations, ticket resends and password resets. We do not send marketing emails from these addresses.

Our emails include open and click tracking, which tells us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can make sure tickets are delivered. Links that contain private tokens, such as your ticket page or a password reset, are never tracked.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep organizers signed in. Visitor statistics for this site are collected without cookies and without identifying you personally.

How long we keep it

Order and attendee records are kept for as long as the organizer needs them for their records, or as required by law. Organizer accounts can be closed at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
